PrimaLoft, Inc.

Synthetic Insulation Since the 1980s

Found inside products by leading outdoor, apparel and footwear brands, PrimaLoft® engineers synthetic insulation and material technologies that deliver lasting comfort and high performance in real-world, changing environments. Born from the need for a 'warm-when-wet' alternative to down in the 80s, we never stopped pushing forward – advancing synthetic innovation without compromising on what's good for our planet.

Insulation Technologies

PrimaLoft® insulation starts with synthetic microfibers. From there, different constructions and technologies are engineered to deliver lightweight warmth, breathable comfort, durable protection or temperature regulation.

Built for Lower Impact

At PrimaLoft®, we believe high performance insulation and lower impact should go hand in hand. PrimaLoft® ReRun technologies transform reclaimed textile waste into premium, high-performance insulation through textile-to-textile recycling, helping keep valuable materials in use for longer.
