Pierret Industries is a Belgian manufacturer of cutting and feeding equipment, based in Corbion (Bouillon) in the Ardennes. The company traces its history back to 1925.
Cutting and feeding machines
Pierret builds guillotine cutting machines and automatic feeders. In textile recycling the machines are mainly used to cut textile waste before the tearing process, as preparation for the production of nonwovens and for re-spinning.
Materials handled
The equipment processes used textiles and old cloth, natural fibres such as cotton, flax, wool and sisal, man-made fibres such as PP, PES and PA, and special fibres including glass, carbon and aramid. Pierret also supplies machines for preparing soft plastic waste for recycling and for other special applications.
