About Diener electronic
We are an innovative company in the field of plasma technology and an international leader in the manufacture of low-pressure plasma systems, plasma HF generators and atmospheric plasma. In view of our technological maturity and resounding success, we can be confident to continue our global expansion. Currently, Diener electronic employs a staff of about 130 employees.
Each year, we build about 700 plasma systems, around 10,000 systems have been sold worldwide so far. Our plasma systems are exported worldwide from Ebhausen.
Plasma in Textile Technology
The textile industry uses plasma to make textile surfaces hydrophobic, hydrophilic, or dirt-repellent. By creating additional functions for a textile surface e.g. by means of a fire protecting or self-cleaning coat, plasma treatment can equip fabrics with new material properties. Furthermore, plasma treatment improves the wettability, sliding and dyeing properties of textiles.
Activation for Bonding and Printing
Good wettability is a prerequisite for the adhesion of binding partners in painting, gluing, printing or bonding.
