In 1979 Dieter Artur Roth founded the company, initially intended for the sale and trade of stainless steel hoses and compensators. Early in the mid-1980s, the company had manufactured its own products with about 10 employees. Experiencing a lively growth in the following years, the need for an expanded production facility grew rapidly. In 1992, a new building with offices and production halls was inaugurated in Keltern, which still serves as the headquarters of the ROTH Group.
Fabric expansion joints are flexible elements capable to compensate largely without any stresses axial, lateral and angular movements in various piping systems. Appropriate designs are available to withstand vibration and torsion as well. Also, fabric expansion joints can occur concurrently throughout the pipelines for a better compensation.
