Dynamica Ropes was founded in 2004 as a subsidiary of Netmark Holding (read more about Netmark). Our headquarter and production is situated in Fredericia, Denmark, and has been expanding ever since 2004. We manufacture and supply high quality rope solutions made with HMPE/Dyneema® that replace steel wire and chains.
Dynamica Ropes was founded with the intention of replacing heavy steel solutions with light and safe fibre products. But what does that mean in practice? It means that we believe in:
- Close customer contact – in collaboration with the customer, we design solutions that meet the requirements ensuring safe rigging and handling.
- Sharing our know how – our R&D team has great know how, always ready to assist you with e.g. bending ratio, flattening under load and min. trunnion size ensuring safe equipment.
- Premium manufacturing – unique coating, heat stretching and Proof Loading ensuring not only safe equipment but also longer product life cycle.
- Ongoing education of riggers – we further educate our riggers and R&D team ensuring their handcraft skills and engineering abilities.
At Dynamica Ropes, we perform strict quality control, risk management and assessment. Due to the many applications and the characteristics of the fibres (strength, weight, UV-stability, safety, abrasion, fatigue and bending fatigue), we understand the potential risks.
Our riggers have solid experience and still participate in continous training within rope construction and manufacturing process from fibre to custom-made products.
